Overview
The Performance Dashboard in Grade Results provides teachers and administrators with insights into students' course progress and individualized learning plans. This dashboard offers a visual representation of course completion percentages and Grade In Progress (GIP), categorized into three levels:
- Below Mastery
- At Risk
- Above Mastery
By leveraging the dashboard, educators can track students' progress, monitor grades, and identify areas that require intervention.
Key Features of the Performance Dashboard
1. Course Progress Bar
- Displays the percentage of course completion for each student.
- Includes a Grade In Progress (GIP) indicator, marked with a trophy symbol next to the score.
2. Current Grade
- Shows the student's real-time grade, calculated based on completed assignments.
3. Pretest & Posttest Scores
- Displays scores for the Course Pretest and Course Posttest upon completion.
4. Activity Completion Tracking
- Shows the number of activities completed versus the total number of activities in the course.
- Example: If a student has completed 9 out of 34 activities, it will be displayed as 9/34.
5. Mastery Level Indicator
- The mastery level percentage helps determine the student's understanding and proficiency in the course content.
6. Course Lock/Unlock
- Educators have the ability to lock or unlock courses, controlling student access based on progress or intervention needs.
7. Pacing Guide
- If the pacing is set up, the running man icon on the progress bar indicates pacing status.
- Progress Bar with the Pacing Status:
- Students and teachers can view the status of course pacing.
- The progress bar will have a color-coded running man representing pacing status:
- Green: On target for pacing.
- Blue: Ahead of pacing.
- Red: Behind pacing.
- Teal: No pacing is set; the student works at their own pace.
