This guide walks you through the steps to reset a Lesson Posttest in Grade Results. If a student needs to retake a posttest, follow these simple steps.
There are two ways to access the Student Course Progress page:
1️⃣ Navigate to the Student List and select the student.
2️⃣ Click on Performance Dashboard.
3️⃣ Select the student’s course to open the Course Progress page.

2️⃣ Use the search bar to find the student and course.
3️⃣ Select the correct student and course to proceed.
✅ The student accidentally submitted the test before completing it.
✅ A teacher or administrator reviewed test integrity and found an issue requiring a reset.
✅ The student needs additional attempts due to a learning accommodation or policy.
✅ The student has used all attempts and needs a manual reset as per instructor discretion.
🔹 Reset Limitations: Students can only retake the posttest up to their allowed reset count.
🔹 Viewing Past Attempts: If enabled, students can review previous test submissions.
🔹 Accidental Resets: If a teacher mistakenly resets a posttest, they can request restoration by contacting Grade Results Support.
