Grade Results is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive digital learning environment for students, educators, administrators, and families. We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our products and services so that all users can effectively access educational content and platform functionality.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As our platform evolves, we regularly review and enhance accessibility features to improve usability for individuals with disabilities and to support a wide range of learning needs.

The Grade Results platform includes accessibility features designed to improve usability for all users.

The platform is designed to work with commonly used screen readers through semantic HTML, properly labeled controls, and accessible navigation.

Alternative Text

Images, icons, and other non-text content may include meaningful alternative text to support assistive technologies.

Multimedia Accessibility

Where instructional videos and multimedia are provided by Grade Results, captions and transcripts are supported whenever available. Course authors are encouraged to provide accessible multimedia content consistent with institutional requirements.

Responsive Design

The platform is fully responsive and supports access from desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices using supported web browsers.

Accessible Course Design

Grade Results provides tools and guidance that enable instructors and instructional designers to create accessible courses by encouraging:

  • Proper heading structure
  • Descriptive hyperlinks
  • Alternative text for images
  • Accessible document formats
  • Captioned multimedia where available
  • Sufficient color contrast
  • Clear navigation and consistent page layouts

If a user experiences difficulty accessing any portion of the Grade Results platform, we encourage them to contact our support team.

Grade Results will work with the educational institution to investigate reported accessibility issues and provide reasonable assistance or alternative access whenever possible.
